SUMMER COLLECTION - Each collection contains one of each of the following canelés:

• Dark Chocolate Ganache

Made with local milk, butter, eggs and freshly-milled flour. Flavored with a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans and a hint of spiced rum. Each canelé mold is hand-coated with pure beeswax, and baked to a deep golden brown, resulting is a crispy, chewy and caramelized crust that yields to a soft, vanilla custardy interior. All toppings are homemade, using only the finest local fruits and spices.

Each box contains 5 pieces of our favorite summer flavors.
